to be held at Kleinplaas in Oudtshoorn from
Thursday 16th September - Sunday 19th September 2010
Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world, is situated in the heart of the hospitable Klein Karoo and part of the picturesque Garden Route of South Africa. Apart from the famous Cango caves, ostrich and crocodile farms, the surrounding area offers numerous other activities and adventures.

B & B ‘s in close proximity, will be priced similar Hotel Riempie prices.

an Hotel room at the Protea Hotel Riempie Estate next door to the resort;
Approximate Rates will be: - Single @ R685 per room / night,
- Double / Twin @ R970 per room / night.
incl. breakfast, VAT and tourism levy per room per night.

a 4-star caravan park is available for those who wish to camp (by own arrangement only).
The total cost of the gathering, for accommodation and scheduled meals is anticipated to be from R2570.00 per Couple at Kleinplaas.
For those staying at the Protea Hotel Riempie Estate and B &Bs, the costs will be slightly higher.
Details of the planned program as well as chalet and pricing information will be circulated well before the event. Nevertheless, first come first served!
